All size 4×4’s should be in great shape on our trails. The park is dry.  We have a big group coming in from the Myrtle Beach area. Just about every trail is open including the closed for a year and a half Cupcake. We will be open Monday Memorial day from 10 am to dark or the last person out.  Lunch will be served as usual, all 3 days, with the addition of potato salad on the menu.

This is the second to last night ride of the year. Beat the heat and ride till midnight. Same Saturday price lets you drive from 10 am to midnight. If you have never been to our park at night you are in for a real treat. The park has a completely different look at night, it’s as if you are at another park. This weekend is predicted to be dry and cooler (in the 80’s) anyway. So day or night it should be a great weekend of wheelin’.

ATV’s must wear helmets at night.

Update Friday : the park is in great shape and we have built a new intermediate trail to test your skills.

Weather for this weekend is kind of tough to predict. Looks like Friday will be dry and should dry us out pretty good.  We have gotten a little rain each day but not heavy rain like many areas around here.  We did not flood this week when the river rose up.  It stayed in its banks.  We will be open and I think rain if any will be to the north and we will be back in that cycle where everybody else gets rain but we stay dry.  If it changes I will update.  If not sure call 864 449 5698.

If you did not attend the last event please look at the photos of the event and see what you missed.  What a blast.

If we get no rain in the next day or so the park is in very good condition.  There is some mud but it is where it should be. We have a big group coming in Saturday morning with big rigs to run the tough courses.

Sunday the 4×4 Club of the Upstate is coming in.

We are holding our 5th Annual Charity Event and Raffle to benefit the American Cancer Society Winn-Dixie Hope Lodges. More on that on our forum.

Don’t want to compete, 95% of the park will be open to trail riding.

Weather looks good- dress cool.

Please come out and help us raise money for this worthy cause and maybe win a valuable gift- maybe a new set of tires.

This weekend looks great and the park is in excellent shape for all size 4×4’s from stock to wild.  We got some rain earlier which knocked dust down. So unless it changes we are good to go.  As for the forecast of scattered showers we are in that drought system where rains seem to skirt around us with our higher elevation.

Friday we have a large Bronco Club coming in and by Saturday may have 15 of them. All in all it looks like a great weekend for wheelin’. Temps should be down a little and just a reminder that river is a great place to cool off.  Clear water and sand bottom so bring an extra pair of shorts and a towel.

Other than being real dry and hot we are in good shape.  They say it is going to be cooler on Saturday and with the awesome sand bottomed river to refresh in, we should be good to go.  Chance of rain but when it comes in from the north west we don’t tend to get any.  I will update if conditions change from now until then. And you can always call. 864 449 5698

Huuuraaaayy!!! the heavy heat is gone. We are looking real good for this weekend. Low humidity low 80’s and we got some rain Tuesday to knock the dust down. We have quite a few campers in for the Forth. Still have a few sites left.

Rubber Ducky Race Saturday at 3:00pm by campsite 3 to campsite 1. Bring your favorite bath tub floaty to compete for cash and prizes. Don’t have one we will rent you one. Bring a big one for you to follow them down the river. Bring a change of clothes cause the water is wonderful. Then

Big fireworks on Saturday night. We’ll have ours bring yours and we’ll put on one heck of a show.

Then it’s ride till midnight. Should be a perfect night with temps dropping into the low 70’s. See you there.

Thursday at 2:00pm the park is bone dry and we were able to fix a lot of the pesky little holes that hold water. So far all the isolated and scattered rain has avoided us. We actually could use a light rain to knock down the dust. So as for this weekend so far the park is in great shape for all size 4×4’s. Will update if it changes.

Friday 7:00pm big storm was  above and around us but we did not get a drop so the park is bone dry.

We have 3 large groups from out of town coming in Saturday.  Should be a fun weekend.

Things look real good. We got rain but not that much like the surrounding areas got. Dust is down we are going to do some trail repair on Friday and we should be good to go on Sat.  All size 4×4’s should be okay on all trails available to them.  Mud holes will be full of standing water but trails will be dry. Yes along with all the activities going on we are serving a Complete BBQ Dinner at 6:00pm. Skips soon to be world famous pulled Pork and Sauce, potato salad, baked beans and corn on the cobb and sweet tea for just $5.00. Don’t want to ride in the heat come out late eat and ride until nine pm. (or maybe later.) The park is in very good shape and dry is were dry should be. Even 19 and 20 have dried out a good bit.
